Any person(s) aged 18 years or older that will be residing in the home will need to fill out their own application
Mathis Lueker has a 2 animal maximum for any of our rentals. Animals must be approved by management prior to occupying the home.
- A pet deposit equal to 1/2 of one month’s rent is required. Deposit is refundable upon move out, minus any applicable charges
- No animals on our Restricted Breeds list or any mix of, will be approved:
- Staffordshire Terrier
- American Bullies
- Pitbull
- Rottweiler
- Perro de Presa
- Canario
- Wolf Hybrid
- Ferrets
We look at 3 primary areas for approval.
- Income: Gross, monthly income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent
- Credit/Background Check
- Rental reference from past & current landlord

*Prorated Move in rent & any pet deposit is due by move in day in order to pick up keys
